      苏州宝成汽车冲压有限公司（以下称“公司”）位于苏州市相城区渭塘骑河工业园内，与沪宁高速相连。公司北距常熟市18公里，西距无锡市46公里、西南距芜湖市308公里，东距上海市88公里，地理位置优越，交通十分便利。企业前身为渭塘冲压件厂，建厂于1976年，属村办集体企业。1998年经政府相关部门批准转制为私营企业，并更名为渭塘文教机械加工厂。2005年8月渭塘文教机械加工厂与美国夏湖国际有限公司合资成立苏州宝成汽车冲压有限公司。公司现有员工400名，其中各类管理人员120名；各类设备170余台套，其中16T-250T冲床45台，各类车床84台；占地1.8万平方米；固定资产1600万元；年产各类金属冲压件5000余万件，冷冲模由本公司设计制造。公司主要生产和销售汽车减震器金属件、油封骨架和园林机械等金属冲压件等。

      Suzhou Pro-Success Automotive Stamping Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) locates at Qihe Industrial Park, Weitang Town, Xiangcheng District，Suzhou City. The transportation system to and from the Company is very convenient, which is connected to Hu-Ning freeway with 18 km south to Changshu, 16km north to Suzhou, 58km east to Wuxi and 308 km southwest to Wuhu, 88km west to Shanghai. The Company came from Weitang Stamping Factory which was collective enterprise founded in 1976. Transfered into private company, re-named Weitang Wenjiao machinery Factory in 1998 . Suzhou Pro-Success Automotive Stamping Co., Ltd , Joint-venture with American Summer Lake Int’l Inc, In August,2005.Currently, 400 employees are employed by the Company with 120 at different management levels. The Company has more than 160 sets of different equipments, among which 45 sets of 16T-250T stamping machines and 84 different kninds of lathes. The Company occupies 18k square meters with fixed assets RMB 16m. Annual production volume of all kinds of stampings amounts more than 50 m. The cold die is designed and manufactured by the Company. We are mainly manufacturing and selling all kinds of auto shock absorber metal parts, oil seals and gardening machinery metal stamping etc.
