NAC - 空压通轴式离合器

产 品 介 绍：

通轴式离合器，安装简单：安装固定方式不受进气口的位置影响。
适合连续滑动或高频率使用：连续滑动时，散热效果佳，滑动功率良好。可用于连结，亦适合张力控制或高频率使用，切实准确。
缓冲起动，具有起动柔和之特性：起动柔和且可用于过负载滑动保护。
可调整之扭力限制器：可经由空压之调整，作为定拉力制动使用。
扭力调整范围广：空气压调整范围0.4～6kgf/cm2容易调整。
防爆性，无火花，安全性：因利用空气压力来作动，所以本身就具有防爆性。
不会产生电气火花，安全性高。
寿命长，保养容易：散热效果良好，摩擦片耐磨且2片式更换容易。

基 本 构 造：

NAC系列离合器于装配时应注意其传动轮的容许范围A，以及传动轴的最小长度B，请参阅例图。
离合器内部两个止推轴承，因使用条件不同，每1至6个月必须注油润滑保护。
